**Job Summary**:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. The role involves field visits, cold calling, and actively promoting our warehouse solutions to prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries such as manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold calling, field visits, and networking.
- Present and pitch warehouse management solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development activities.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, logistics software, or inventory management systems is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
