JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead sales efforts for our projector products, ensuring exceptional customer service and actively soliciting feedback for continuous improvement. A valid motorcycle license and access to a bike are mandatory for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. SALES STRATEGY AND EXECUTION:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share in the Bangalore region.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations at customer locations to showcase the features and benefits of our projectors.
- Actively solicit feedback from customers during and after sales interactions to understand their needs and preferences.

2. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Provide personalized support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback on their experiences and satisfaction with our products and services.

3. CHANNEL PARTNER COLLABORATION:

- Collaborate closely with channel partners, including distributors and resellers, to drive sales and ensure consistent product availability and delivery.
- Conduct joint sales activities and training sessions with channel partners to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Encourage channel partners to collect feedback from customers and share insights for continuous improvement.

4. FEEDBACK COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS:

- Implement processes and tools for collecting customer feedback, including surveys, interviews, and direct communication channels.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product features, sales processes, and customer service.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to address customer feedback and drive product enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the audio-visual or technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license and access to a bike for travel within the Bangalore region.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bangalore region and occasionally outside the region as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
