Invent Architectural Solution is a leading supplier of premium interior solutions, including **Staron acrylic solid surfaces** and **Walline**. We work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, durable, and aesthetic products for modern interiors.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for a **smart, motivated, and field-ready Sales & Marketing Executive** who has experience or knowledge in **interior products**. You should be comfortable with **on-ground marketing across Bangalore**, fluent in **English**, and capable of understanding market trends to develop sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and market interior surface products (Staron & Walline) to architects, designers, contractors, and dealers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Strategize and execute marketing plans to drive product visibility and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Regularly travel within Bangalore for client meetings and market visits

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in interior products, construction materials, or related industries
- Strong communication skills with fluency in **English** (additional local languages are a plus)
- No specific degree required - we value **practical knowledge and smart market sense**:

- Self-driven, confident, and proactive in approaching clients
- Comfortable with **fieldwork and frequent travel** across the city
