Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various digital channels to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness for our B2B solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers) that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and generate insightful reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the B2B space.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and support their efforts in converting leads to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and lead generation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, including lead generation, social selling, and content marketing strategies.
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and a results-oriented mindset.
