Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Cold Calling & Telecalling: Engage in cold calling and Tele-calling to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and set up meetings.
- Client Meetings: Meet with potential clients to understand their construction needs, present our solutions, and build strong relationships.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into contracts and projects.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Education: +12, Any degree
- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.

Compensation:

- Base Salary: Rs.5,000- Rs.20,000 per month.
- Incentives: Commission-based incentives up to Rs. 30,000 based on sales performance.
