**Key Responsibilities**

1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the staff augmentation industry within the India, Middle East, and USA.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

2. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

- Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in the USA, Middle East and Indian markets.
- Convert leads into business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and excellent service delivery.

4. Proposal Development and Negotiation:

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business deals.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the successful fulfillment of client staffing needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote staff augmentation services.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, client acquisition, and market penetration.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

7. Networking and Industry Participation:

- Represent EverExpanse at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote staff augmentation services.
- Build a network of industry contacts to facilitate business development opportunities.

8. Training and Development:

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the staffing industry.
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the staff augmentation market in the US, Middle East and India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
