**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**:Coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and client satisfaction.
- **CRM Expertise**:Proficiently utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho to manage client data, monitor project progress, and bolster customer relationships.
- **Continuous Learning**:Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- **Team Management**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance to achieve project milestones.
- **Time Management**:Effectively manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- **Sales Process Knowledge**:Understand and contribute to the sales process, aligning project objectives with business goals in collaboration with the sales team.
- **Resource Allocation**:Efficiently allocate resources based on project requirements and team capabilities.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and client communications.
- **Organization Skills**:Exhibit strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Flexible Working Shifts**:Adapt to flexible work hours, including shifts, to accommodate project needs and time zone disparities for international clients.
- **Overseas Client Management**:Effectively communicate with and manage relationships with overseas clients, addressing their unique requirements and concerns.
- **Communication Skills**:Possess exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
- **Project Management Certification (Optional)**: Possession of any project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
- **Staff Augmentation**:Manage client interactions for staff augmentation, understanding client staffing needs and collaborating with the recruitment team as necessary.
- **Team Player**:Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- **Problem Solver**:Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Networking Expertise**:Utilize networking skills to cultivate and maintain professional relationships internally and externally.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management certification (optional).
- Prior experience in project management and client relationship management is a plus.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
