**Shift**: 2 PM - 11 PM
We are looking for an **Upwork Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Indore If you're experienced in managing Upwork accounts, generating business through online platforms, and coordinating with clients, this opportunity is for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and grow Upwork profiles
Generate business leads through Upwork and other online platforms
Bid on relevant projects and negotiate with potential clients
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements
Assist in preparing proposals and responses to client inquiries
**Skills & Experience Required**:
6 months - 2 years of experience in bidding and Upwork management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
Knowledge of IT services and solutions will be a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
