**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and generating leads through **Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn**, and other platforms.
- Help draft proposals and bids for **IT services and staff augmentation** projects.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with senior team members for strategy, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Maintain and update the lead database, proposals, and CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activities.
- Support the BD team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in business development or online bidding in the IT sector.
- Basic knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Familiarity with staff augmentation and IT resource models is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently under guidance.

**Nice to Have**:

- Exposure to platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or Clutch.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation software.
- Understanding of IT services like web/mobile development, software testing, etc.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
