Experience: 2+ years (IT Sales)
**Business Development Executive Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and acquire clients through platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- **IT Staffing & Augmentation**: Manage staff augmentation requirements, collaborate with recruitment teams, and ensure seamless talent deployment.
- **Proposal Management**: Write and submit compelling bids and proposals on freelance portals.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- **Account Management**:Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
