**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand solutions and align them with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management in the IT services or software industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, web/mobile app development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
