We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a fresher in this role, you will be given the opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Sales Support**: Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and relevant information.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
