- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for roles like Developers, Engineers, and Project Managers
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and manage interview coordination
- Share timely feedback and hiring insights based on market trends
