Job Description:
- Screening Resumes:
Reviewing and conducting phone screens with candidates. - Sourcing Candidates:
Identifying potential candidates from various job portals and social channels. - Candidate Analysis:
Understanding and summarizing the candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements. - Job Advertising:
Advertising job openings on job boards, the company's careers page, and social media. - Database Management:
Maintaining and updating the recruitment database. - Communication Skills:
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Immediate Joiners:
Preference for candidates who can join immediately. - Self-Starter:
Motivated, detailed-oriented, and results-driven individuals.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Recruitment Knowledge:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. - Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills. - Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
