About the Opportunity
We're looking for a smart, research-driven, and communication-strong intern who can help our founder and HR team find the next generation of top talent and business consultants.
This isn't a typical HR internship — it's a chance to build your recruiting muscle at the founder level, learn how business roles are shaped, and use AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity to supercharge your hiring research.
You'll work directly with decision-makers, experiment with new sourcing strategies, and see how real business hiring decisions happen.
If you're a self-starter with curiosity, ownership, and a growth mindset — this role will feel like your personal startup MBA in talent building.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Talent Research & Sourcing
- Identify and source top talent for founder roles, business consultants, and analysts.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for smarter, faster research.
- Build and maintain structured candidate databases.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed with 70%+ marks.

- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) and documentation tools (Notion, Google Docs).
