We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Indore. This internship provides hands-on experience across core HR functions such as talent sourcing, interview coordination, payroll management, and MIS reporting. It's an excellent opportunity to develop professional HR skills and build a pathway to a rewarding full-time position.

Requirements:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through online platforms and internal databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support payroll management tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Prepare and update HR reports and dashboards as part of the MIS process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good command of MS Excel and familiarity with HR tools or systems.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
