- Provide detailed reports on campaign results, ROI, and insights to clients.
- Use data to recommend improvements or adjustments for future campaigns.
- **Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution**:
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
- Act as a mediator to balance client expectations with agency capabilities.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance the client’s advertising strategy and grow the account.
- **Market and Industry Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about advertising trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Share insights with clients to position their campaigns as innovative and impactful.
- **Budget Management**:
- Oversee budget allocations and ensure campaigns remain financially viable.
- Communicate transparently with clients about costs and financial decisions.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with other departments, including creative, digital, media, and strategy teams.
- Ensure all teams are aligned and working towards the client’s objectives.
