**Sales & Client Engagement**:

- **Market Research & Strategy**:
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the travel industry.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- **Customer Service**:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth booking process.Offer advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel-related services, including visas, insurance, and accommodations.Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Administrative Duties**:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and bookings in the company’s CRM system.Prepare and deliver sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.Stay updated on the latest travel products, services, and industry regulations to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
