Key Responsibilities:
1.Administrative and HR Support:
Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Maintain records and manage client and vendor documentation.

2.Business Development Support:
Identify and engage with potential clients for Administrative Support and HR services.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to expand the customer base.

3.Client and Vendor Management:
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide solutions.

Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services.

4.Tour Package Coordination:
Manage client documentation and provide support for domestic and international tour packages.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding travel arrangements.

5.General Office Support:
Attend and manage phone calls professionally.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Experience in customer service, business development, or administration will be an added advantage.

Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
