**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Assist with the on-boarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations, ordering equipment, and coordinating training sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring timely and accurate document retrieval.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including calendar management, expense reporting, and presentation preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
