Office Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Office Administrator** to manage the day-to-day operations of our office.
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation practices.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises.
- Manage security personnel and ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.
- Oversee drivers and ensure proper vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support finance team with invoice tracking, petty cash management, and basic bookkeeping.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
