
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations, including coordinating meetings, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases (both physical and digital).
- Assist HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical issues and ensure the functionality of office equipment.
- Handle office maintenance requests and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role in an IT company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office budgeting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
