**Job Requirements**
**1. Computer Knowledge (Essential)**:
- Proficiency in **MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint**, and **PDF creation/conversion**.
- Ability to manage and organize digital files and documentation efficiently.
**2. Educational Qualification**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in any discipline (Graduate).
**3. Experience**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in the **Education Sector** or in a similar administrative role.
**4. Responsibilities**:
- Manage **day-to-day institutional activities** efficiently.
- Maintain **attendance records** for students and staff.
- Prepare and update **classroom schedules** and **exam timetables**.
- Coordinate with faculty and administrative departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing reports when required.
**5. Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Good **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong **organizational and problem-solving** abilities.
- Knowledge of **basic office administration** and record-keeping procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
