*Job Description: Office Administrator cum Telesales Executive*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Administrative Duties:*
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and troubleshoot any issues.

2. *Telesales Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

3. *System Knowledge:*
- Utilize computer systems and software effectively to perform administrative tasks and sales activities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer information and sales pipeline.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology tools as required by the role.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration and telesales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
