Office Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and company events.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support accounting functions such as billing, invoicing, and petty cash handling.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the [lighting / signage / retail] industry is a plus.
- Working knowledge of administrative software or ERP systems.
