**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

2. **Report Preparation**:

- Prepare and compile various reports for management, including sales reports, inventory reports, and financial summaries.
- Gather data from different departments, verify accuracy, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and other documentation as required.

3. **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

4. **Document Management**:

- Maintain and update company records, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and can be easily retrieved.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

5. **Customer Service**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining positive interactions.

6. **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating company projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders and track progress.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
