The Home Care Executive is responsible for ensuring the seamless management and upkeep of apartments or villas. This role involves handling customer queries, overseeing the completion of various tasks within the property, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining proper records. The Home Care Executive ensures that the housekeeping is conducted to a high standard and that all monthly bills and taxes are paid promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Handling**:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- **Work Coordination**:

- Oversee and coordinate tasks and maintenance activities within the property.
- Follow up on the completion of scheduled works and repairs.
- **Statutory Compliance**:

- Ensure all monthly bills (utilities, maintenance fees, etc.) are paid on time.
- Manage and ensure compliance with building taxes and other statutory requirements.
- **Housekeeping Supervision**:

- Monitor and ensure that housekeeping services are performed to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness and order.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, expenses, and services provided.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on property management activities and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and building maintenance is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
