**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and operational.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events, ensuring proper organization and preparation.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate documentation of company records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
- Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative duties (e.g., employee records, basic bookkeeping).
- Ensure office cleanliness and organize office layout for efficiency.
- Manage office-related vendor relations and ensure timely service delivery.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Details**:

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
- Salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 based on experience.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
