**Location**: Ernakulam/Edappally
We are a leading business solution consulting firm based in Ernakulam, specializing in providing tailored solutions to domestic and international clients. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Customer Experience Officer** to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination with clients and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements, ensuring prompt resolution.
2. Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Coordinate effectively with domestic and international clients to understand and fulfil their needs.
4. Collaborate closely with business analysts to facilitate smooth coordination of client requirements.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize customer service policies and procedures.
6. Prepare and present reports to senior management on client engagement and service metrics.
7. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
8. Plan and coordinate contact schedules for each client to maintain regular communication.
9. Serve as the main contact for clients interested in franchising their business.
10. Coordinate all aspects of the franchising process, including identifying potential investors and partners.
11. Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and potential franchisees.
12. Develop tailored franchise strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
13. Manage communication between clients and potential investors to facilitate partnerships.
14. Provide ongoing support to franchisees and ensure compliance with franchise agreements.
15. Uphold office decorum and maintain professional standards at all times.
16. Demonstrate fluency in English, both verbal and written.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
