**What is Dunzo D4B?**
Dunzo D4B is an on-demand logistic service for small and medium businesses. We are a B2B2C platform

helping small merchants to expand their business by reaching out to their consumers directly. Local

businesses need intra-city logistics either to move goods between their shops/ locations, send products/

goods to their clients/ consumers, or need to transfer their documents between their stakeholders. It is

currently being used by 8000 SMEs ranging from grocery stores to laundry merchants to insurance

companies to lawyers and CAs. Dunzo D4B is not the last mile B2B service provider which facilitates

multiple drop points from a single pickup. It is not aimed at e-Commerce players who are looking for lastmile logistics services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Performing regular duties as an account manager on top of driving special projects.
- Drive growth of all strategic accounts and onboard a targeted set of clients.
- Manage the assigned accounts from onboarding to payment collection.
- Grow the order volumes and improve the overall delivery experience by coordinating with the

respective product, support teams, and city teams.
- Meeting the client's F2F, interacting, and gaining detailed knowledge about their business, and

identifying the key areas of improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for additional revenue generation, and lead creation for upselling

other services provided by Dunzo.
- Being customer-obsessed and ensuring that the clients are happy with the services provided by

Dunzo & act as the best promoters of our brand through WOM, brand social media handles, and

other promotional activities done by the brand.
- Quality Metrics: Ensuring that all the key merchant metrics of Dunzo are adhered to and making

sure of every order being delivered the way it's supposed to be with no margins for errors or

affects the customer experience adversely.
- Internal coordination: This involves coordinating with all internal stakeholders which include but

are not limited to Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, Supply, and other allied teams.
- Aid the acquisition funnel by building a quality pipeline & partake with incoming leads.

Qualifications/Skills required:

- Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous (2- 6yrs of working experience)
- Familiar with the geography and market understanding of Dunzo operational cities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with

professionals of all organizational levels.
- Knowing the local language is mandatory.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent organizational and team-handling skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- A basic understanding of Excel is a must.
