**Job Title: Seller Support Associate**

**Location**: ipshopy, Dnyanpeeth Campus, T-18, Software Technology Park of India (STPI), Opposite Garware Stadium, Naregaon Road, Cidco, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra - 431006

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help resolve queries related to product uploads, order processing, payments and logistics
- Maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure satisfaction and platform loyalty
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Logistics, Finance) to resolve seller concerns promptly
- Educate sellers on ipshopy’s tools, features, policies and promotional campaigns
- Record and track all interactions and escalate unresolved issues where necessary

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 6 month's of experience in customer support, eCommerce or account management preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with online shopping platforms and seller dashboards
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools
