**About Us**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and provide assistance to registered sellers and customers.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer and seller databases using Excel/CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for field visit scheduling and updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with sellers, customers and partners.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and onboarding targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate (Preferred: BCA, BCS, BBA, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
