Job Overview :

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our team at The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer support.

Your role will directly contribute to building strong customer relationships, boosting sales and enhancing overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM and update call details.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting requirements.
  • Handle objections, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English.
  • Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Freshers can apply, but prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales or customer service will be preferred.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Knowledge of eCommerce, sales or BPO/KPO processes.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM software).
  • Ability to handle bulk calls efficiently.
