**TELECALLER**
**1.Objective**
1. Generate Leads from various sources.
2. Convert Leads into sales.
3. Handling Requests & Complaints
4. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
**2.Key Responsible Activities**
1. Cold Calling for new Leads
2. Answering incoming calls or leads.
3. Serve Existing customers by after sales support.
4. Inform about new products/offers to existing customers
5. Fix a prospective meeting with sales Team
6.Monthly Report In Sales Manager.
7.Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead
8.follow-up and outbound cold calls.
9.Convince/encourage clients to visit medical centre.
10.Actively pursue leads and convert them to sale.
11.Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
12.Facilitating complete virtual walk through of the project.
13. Actively pursue leads and convert them to sale.
14.Analyse client requirements and assist them with their queries and clarifications.
15.Build an on-going relationship with existing clients and potential clients."
