**Job Overview**:
Your role will directly contribute to building strong customer relationships, boosting sales and enhancing overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and update call details.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting requirements.
- Handle objections, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in **Hindi, Marathi and English**.
- Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers can apply, but prior experience in T**elecalling, Telesales or customer service** will be preferred.

**Preferred (Bonus) Skills**
- Knowledge of **eCommerce, sales or BPO/KPO processes**.
- Experience in **customer relationship management (CRM software)**.
- Ability to handle bulk calls efficiently.
