**Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive**
**Job Location**:ROWIDO LLP, Office no.3,Bajaj Incubation Center, DR. BAM.University Campus, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, 431001
**Reports To**: Sales Manager/Team Lead
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Sales Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding the needs of prospects.
- Maintain a well-organized call list and follow up with leads to maximize sales potential.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding the features, benefits, and pricing of products and services.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively to guide them toward making a purchase decision.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Record and update all interactions and sales information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and closing documents.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure retention and repeat business.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities based on customer needs and market insights.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.
- Attend sales meetings and contribute to team discussions and strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or relevant role in a sales environment,but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong ability to persuade and engage customers.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
