We are now expanding operations through **The Qwerty Ink Incubator**, where a dynamic team is responsible for driving growth and success across multiple incubated brands.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **Telecalling Executive** with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential clients, providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales team. This position does **not include incentives** but offers valuable exposure to brand management, sales operations, and client relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing clients to share product/service details.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous tone while interacting with customers.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team by qualifying leads over calls.
- Maintain and update customer details and call records in CRM systems.
- Follow up on pending leads to ensure timely closures by the sales team.
- Assist in executing telecalling campaigns for different brands under the incubator.
- Gather feedback from prospects/clients and share insights with the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 3 years of telecalling / customer service / inside sales experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office / G-Suite.
- Ability to work under guidance, meet daily calling targets, and maintain discipline.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and a team player.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
