**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain services and offers
- Follow up on leads generated from online ad campaigns and social media
- Book appointments and handle inquiries about skin and hair treatments
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
- Handle inbound calls with a positive, helpful attitude
- Share clinic updates, blog links, and awareness messages via WhatsApp

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle targets and work under mínimal supervision
