Part-Time Telecaller

Job Title: Part-Time Telecaller (Contract Basis)

Job Summary:
We're looking for a part-time Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to patients/clients, providing information, and following up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:

- Make calls to patients/clients to provide information about our services/products.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.

2. Communication:

- Use good communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly.
- Handle queries and concerns professionally.

3. Data Management:

- Update call logs and relevant data accurately.
- Maintain records of interactions with patients/clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language(s) spoken, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Ability to articulate clearly and build rapport over phone.

2. Experience:

- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

3. Availability:

- Available to work part-time hours (flexible schedule).
- Willing to work in a target-oriented environment.

1. Good Listener: Ability to listen attentively and respond appropriately.

2. Persuasive Communication: Ability to convey information effectively.

3. Professionalism: Maintain professionalism over phone interactions.
