**Profile introduction**:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services through outbound calling. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage in sales conversations.
- Provide information about our products and services to customers and answer their queries.
- Follow scripts to ensure a consistent approach and deliver quality pitches.
- Identify and qualify leads to create opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and update customer information in our database.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions to close sales.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
