We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Seller Registration Executive to onboard new sellers, manage registrations, and use digital and AI tools to optimize onboarding efficiency.

Job Description :

We are seeking Seller Registration Executives to work from home and assist sellers in registering on the platform. You will be responsible for guiding potential sellers through the registration process, ensuring they understand the platform's requirements, and helping them set up their stores for success.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Identify and contact potential sellers to register on
  • Explain platform features, pricing, and policies to sellers and dealers.
  • Assist sellers in completing registration, KYC verification, and account setup.
  • Collect and organize seller data, product details, and business information.
  • Conduct field visits to meet sellers and help them onboard smoothly.
  • Coordinate with telecalling, product listing and operations teams for complete onboarding.
  • Utilize AI tools and digital platforms for data collection, lead management, and communication.
  • Maintain accurate seller records in Excel/CRM and generate regular reports.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all sellers.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly seller registration and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate (Preferred: BBA, MBA, BCA, BCS, MCA, or equivalent).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other automation/productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and seller meetings.
  • Experience in eCommerce, sales or seller onboarding is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication and digital skills are also welcome.
