Role Overview
We’re looking for a **Seller Onboarding Executive** with at least **3 years of experience** in onboarding and managing sellers on eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for identifying, registering, and activating new sellers while ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide sellers through the registration, KYC, and catalog setup process
- Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, support, operations) to ensure sellers go live smoothly
- Ensure all documentation, listing info, and account details are complete and accurate
- Conduct basic training on how sellers can manage their accounts and grow on the platform
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide support during the early onboarding stages
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in seller onboarding or seller support (eCommerce industry preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of marketplace operations and seller lifecycle
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
