Role Overview

We’re looking for a **Catalog Listing Executive** with **2-3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce product listing**. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all product listings are well-optimised, accurate, and aligned with platform standards.

This role needs someone who understands the backend of marketplaces and can manage listings across multiple platforms — quickly and flawlessly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write clear and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and bullet points
- Ensure accurate product data including pricing, images, inventory, size/color variations, etc.
- Coordinate with the design team for image requirements and banners
- Regularly audit listings to update content, fix errors, and maintain accuracy
- Track listing performance and provide feedback to improve visibility and sales
- Stay updated on listing policies, keyword strategies, and eCommerce trends

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in catalogue/listing management for an eCommerce business or seller
- Strong knowledge of listing tools, Excel, and eCommerce CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of product SEO and keyword optimization
- Detail-oriented with a knack for clean, consistent formatting
- Ability to manage large volumes of SKUs quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals

Bonus Skills
- Experience with bulk listing uploads via CSV templates
- Knowledge of image editing tools (basic)
- Ability to suggest improvements for product presentation
