Senior Catalogue Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Catalogue Executive with experience in electronics and e-commerce to support our product listing operations.

Location: Dighi, Pune

Number of Positions: 01 Only.

Job Type: On Contract

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Required Qualifications: B.E (E&TC), B.Tech (E&TC)

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in product catalogue management, preferably in the e-commerce sector.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of product page structure, filters, and technical data requirements.
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-based content and SEO tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and product data management platforms.
  • Good communication and leadership skills to manage a growing team effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
  • Exposure to image optimization tools and content formatting standards
  • Prior experience handling electronics-related product listings is highly preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical or listing-related issues quickly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Verify and audit technical specifications data for electronic products.

· Manage backend modules like technical specs and product filters.

· Monitor and minimize product listing errors.

· Optimize product listings for content, images, and technical info.

· Track and improve on-page SEO scores.

· Use AI tools for content enhancement and SEO optimization

· Generate monthly reports on team performance and listing accuracy.

· Handle and respond to interdepartmental emails.

· Supervise a team of 8 to 10 members for daily listing tasks.

Job Benefits:
