**Jr. Accounts Executive (Payment Transaction Coordinator)**

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for **Accounts Executive (Payment Transaction Coordinator) **to join our highly motivated team. Please note this is an entry-level position & suitable for graduates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or having minimum **0 to 1 years of Experience** in accounts payable management.

**Number of Positions**: 01 Required.

**Experience**: Freshers to 1 years in accounts payable management and import coordination roles, preferably in a multinational or import/export-oriented company.

**Salary**: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/- Per Month (In-hand Salary) + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits (As per Experience). (CTC: ₹1,92,286.00 - ₹2,38,094.00 per year).

**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

**Skills Required**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity in financial transactions and documentation.

3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

4.Proficient in Excel/Advance Excel & accounting software

5.Good in English communication (Verbal as well as Written).

**Responsibilities**:
1) Assist senior to Process vendor payments accurately and in a timely manner.

2) Assist senior to Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

3) Assist senior to Maintain vendor records and communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues promptly.

4) Assist senior to Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to forecast cash flow requirements and manage payment schedules effectively.

5) Assist senior to Prepare and review payment reports, documentation, and reconciliations for management review and approval.

6) Assist senior to Communicate with banks and financial institutions to coordinate import transactions, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and foreign exchange transactions.

7) Assist senior to Ensure compliance with import regulations, documentation requirements, and banking procedures for international shipments.

8) Assist senior to Monitor import shipments and work closely with logistics team to facilitate clearance and timely delivery of goods.

9) Assist senior to Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, banking practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimize processes.

10) Assist senior to Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and assistance as required.

11) Assist senior to Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payment and import transaction coordination.
