Work experience (in years):

- 2-4 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate product listings across platforms, ensuring updated product details,

images, pricing, and availability.
- Execute weekly site merchandising updates including homepage refreshes, event planning, landing pages,

and banner placements.
- Curate and optimize product assortments to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and implement site conversion optimization strategies, including A/B testing and trend-driven

merchandising.
- Create and maintain merchandising reports, briefs, and feedback loops to track performance and refine

strategies.
- Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):

- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce catalogue management and

site merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of digital merchandising strategies and

customer journey optimisation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Analytics.
- Excellent coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams

(Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative).
- Experience with SEO for product listings and digital marketplaces.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage large

product catalogs efficiently.
- Exposure to conversion optimization tools and reporting

dashboards.
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles in an online context
