**Key Responsibilities**:
Summary: The E-commerce Executive will engage with registered buyers and sellers to drive sales.
**Seller Onboarding**:
- Identify and approach potential sellers to join the platform
- Assist sellers with the registration, listing, and onboarding process
- Ensure that all seller documentation is complete and compliant with company policiy
**Sales Growth Strategy**:
- Call registered buyers daily to answer queries, send quotation, assist with orders, and follow up for conversions.
- Collaborate with sellers to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and overall sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
**Platform Optimization**:
- Ensure all seller listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Work with marketing teams to improve platform visibility and drive traffic.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track and analyze seller sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace metrics.
- Provide regular reports on onboarding progress, sales, and performance metrics.
- Use insights to refine onboarding processes and sales strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and onboarding progress.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams to improve user experience and report on daily activities. Key Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service and sales orientation CRM and e-commerce platform proficiency Self-motivated with follow-up capabilities
**Relationship Building**:
- Build strong relationships with sellers to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Engage sellers in platform initiatives such as sales events and seasonal campaigns.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Excel, Google Analytics, or CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service and sales orientation CRM and e-commerce platform proficiency
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
