**CDP - Indian Curry Job Description Template**

The CDP—Indian Curry is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food production in the Indian section of the kitchen. This role involves managing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing directions to junior kitchen staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per the menu specifications.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Ensure consistent portion sizes and presentation of dishes.
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.

Uphold kitchen cleanliness and organization.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field.
- Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a renowned restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
