**Whom are we looking for**:
Zebra Learn is looking for a skilled Human Resource Associate, responsible for recruiting, supporting the staff, and developing talent in the team.

**Your contribution to the team**:

- Managing the recruitment and selection process and actively coordinating with the senior HR Management to close roles.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage the performance of all the employees

**We like you if you have the following**:

- Proven working experience as an HR executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

**Other details**:

- Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.
- Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.
- Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Compensation - Above Industry Standard Pay depending on your skills and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
