We are looking for a highly motivated and creative talent acquisition resource with a unique blend of recruitment, bulk hiring and strong analytical abilities with a background in the logistics industry. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing recruitment strategies. Proficiency in SAP/Odoo or any other crm software is essential for this role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring Manager and HR partners.
- Support on-boarding process for new hires.
- Ground Staff hirings/ blue collared recruitments.
- Non it recruitment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in HR or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment target achievement within the cargo, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and human resource skills.
- Experience of upto 5 Years in Warehousing/Logistics as human resource asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
